LPSC Do Not Call Program
The Do Not Call Program came about by Act 40 of the 2001 Regular Legislative Session placing into law (R.S. 45:844.11-15). This program is mandated to promulgate rules and regulations and provide for a Do Not Call listing of residential telephonic subscribers. Also, this program provides for enforcement and a violation procedure for offenders of the program.
