Records/Business Technology Division
Records Division manages filings, records, dockets/matters, and acts as a liaison between the attorneys, general public, and administrative law judge. Records is responsible for the processing of docketed matters, filings, and new matters beginning with the bi-weekly bulletin. Docketed items (including filings, rulings, and Orders) and a limited number of previous bulletins are located on our website’s Document Access section. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can send a public records request (this could have an associated cost).
