Office of the Executive Secretary

The mission of the Executive Division is to provide an efficient flow of technical and legal support to the five commissioners by way of a highly motivated and well trained staff.

The Executive Division consists of the executive secretary, and support staff. The executive secretary is the principal administrator and coordinator of all operations of the Public Service Commission except those performed in District Offices which are under the supervision of the individual Commissioner. The executive secretary acts on behalf of the Commission and is responsible for supplying the Commissioners, the public and the media with requested data. Commission General Order dated October 2, 1991 authorizes the commission secretary to serve as its appointing authority.
