The Legal Division falls under the supervision of the Executive Counsel. Direct supervision of the Staff attorneys is the responsibility of the Deputy General Counsel. This division handles cases filed at the Commission for determination at the agency level. This includes rulemakings, adjudications and other types of proceedings in the area of telecommunications, electric, gas, water, sewer, common carrier regulation and other areas as provided by law, including, but not limited to the "Do Not Call Program".
