In accordance with La. Revised Statute 42:17.2.1, the Commission has adopted the following procedures to facilitate members of the public’s participation in our Business & Executive ("B&E") meetings who have a disability recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") or such person’s designated caregiver.
Should a member of the public wish to attend the Commission’s B&E meeting, but need ADA accommodations, please fill out the Request for Accommodations Form and submit it to the Commission’s ADA Coordinator, Sara Simpson, at sara.simpson@la.gov. Should a member of the public wish to provide comment at a Commission B&E meeting, but is unable to attend due to an ADA disability, such person may submit comments electronically to sara.simpson@la.gov. All comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting and must include the following information:
